Engineer first. Product leader for 12+ years. Human at the core.
I'm Director of Product at Reveleer, where I help shape our Unified Value-Based Care Platform initiative, own the Clinical Quality domain, and lead five Product Managers across three time zones. I've worked in technology since 2005, and spent the last 12+ years building products and turning emerging technology into business outcomes.
Products where being wrong has a real cost
I'm drawn to products where being wrong has a real cost: fraud decisions in milliseconds, customer conversations that have to resolve, audit-ready compliance software, AI that has to trace every piece of evidence to its source. That thread runs through my career.
I started at Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a software engineer and went on to lead a 60+ person Asia-Pacific team on SAP integration for a major oil & gas enterprise. At Keane I moved into a client-facing role, managing a strategic account across three regions.
At MerchantRMS, I grew from Product Manager to Head of Product in four years, leading a 40-person organization. We took merchant fraud rates from 0.3% to 0.01% and manual review accuracy to 99.99%, backed it with a chargeback guarantee, and packaged the tools for smaller merchants, growing revenue 40%.
At Freshworks, I moved Freshchat from a rule-based bot to a conversational AI assistant that answers from past conversations, FAQs and Confluence, then takes customers into the right workflow to finish the job. Task completion rose 40% and human escalations fell 40%. Alongside that role, I completed IIM Lucknow's Data-Driven Product Management certification in 2022.
At IMMO, I launched an AI-assisted sourcing product across Germany, Spain and the UK and led the effort to move underwriting from manual broker calls and site visits to automated analysis of descriptions and images, so only the right assets got a site visit. Underwriting went from about 3 days to 2 hours.
At Reveleer, I shipped MA RADV and OIG audit-readiness software that drove a 22% upsell to existing customers, plus the React-based NextGen Quality platform with 52 HEDIS measures. Today, as Director of Product, I sit on the core team shaping our Unified Value-Based Care Platform initiative, where product domains, pods and roadmaps are organized around one end-to-end customer journey. I built our India GCC product practice from the ground up, and I partner with our AI team on GenAI evidence extraction for HEDIS measures.
I'm always glad to connect with product, clinical and data leaders building in regulated spaces, where technology, compliance and people have to work together.
I stay hands-on, too: in 2026 I led the winning team at Reveleer's hackathon.
Lessons from outside the boardroom
Much of my work is AI, strategy and regulated products. Some of my most valuable lessons in product leadership have come from life outside it.
My longest-running lesson in product management
Raising two teenagers has taught me that influence matters more than authority, that listening is often more powerful than solving, and that what worked yesterday may not work tomorrow.
Grounded in a world obsessed with speed
I find my balance in hill temples, spiritual retreats and the guidance of my Guru. When AI can generate answers in seconds, I believe the ability to pause, reflect and ask the right questions is becoming a leader's greatest advantage.
Leadership is about multiplying capability
I mentor aspiring and early-career Product Managers to build independent judgment and confidence, not just to learn frameworks. I measure leadership by the products my teams ship and by the people who grow along the way.
Close to real-world problems
I help SMEs think through growth and scale. Entrepreneurs with limited resources remind me that great product thinking is about understanding constraints, making thoughtful trade-offs and creating value that matters.
Empathy has to turn into action
Supporting menstrual health initiatives for underprivileged girls in Chennai taught me that the people most affected by a problem aren't always the loudest voices in the room. I carry that into product decisions.
Thinking Clearly in the Age of AI
I'm writing a book on how we preserve human judgment, critical thinking and intentional decision-making as intelligence becomes increasingly automated. It's a question I face every day, shaping AI products where trust and accountability matter.
Across these different worlds, one thread holds: great leadership is less about having all the answers and more about the clarity, courage and empathy to ask better questions.
Technology creates possibilities. Strategy gives them direction. Human judgment decides whether they create meaningful impact.
How I build products and lead teams
Building products
- I set evaluation criteria and release gates before launch, not after.
- I bring legal and compliance in at requirements, not at release.
- I plan around the end-to-end customer journey, not the org chart.
- I treat the end user as a stakeholder, not just the buyer, because renewal depends on both.
- I measure at the workflow level, so task completion and speed are visible per product.
- I demo before every release, so stakeholders react to working product, not documents.
Leading teams
- I run distributed teams on a follow-the-sun model I designed: a shared daily window, joint planning and reviews, and written handoffs, so work keeps moving across time zones.
- I run structured 1:1s tied to each PM's development path.
- Every quarter, I audit my own roadmap calls against what actually happened.
- I build Claude skills, commands and agents to automate my PM work, and share them on GitHub (opens in a new tab).
